Job Description

The leadership role will consist of the same basic elements;-

•    Commitment to a number of days/evenings and weekend pre departure orientations 
•    Debriefing day September  14th 2012
•    Commitment to 3 day/evening  leadership  training
•    Basic logistical organisation, liaison and support during the main event
•     Care of the group – to be attentive to the needs of the group and work with co leaders and support those needs as far as is reasonable and possible.
•    To facilitate a good learning experience, including group reflection in the Ignatian tradition.
•    To have fun and be a bit whacky and up for the craic!
